Creative Ventures Buffalo manages rental homes across Buffalo and Erie County. We started with our own rentals in the city, learned what owners actually need, and built our management style around it: fast answers, honest numbers, and repairs that get finished.
We work with market-rate tenants and housing voucher programs, including Section 8, and we know the local agencies and inspection process well. That experience means fewer delays between a vacant unit and a paying tenant.
